Message	I'm looking for the best rear diff setup person/shop in America to take a stab at my R230 TT diffy. I'm about to start on what will be my third differential with Leader Gears...the first made noise, so I bought another set and had them professionally installed, and they made noise along with a bit of backlash clunk. I took them back and they verified that the wear pattern on accel/coast was perfect. I know its the diff. because my stock 3.69 diff (thank goodness I kept one stock) is graveyard quiet. New bushings in all the diffs too. The Leader gears are great...don't get the wrong idea, its just that setting up a rear diff is a tricky process...and its hard to get one to run quiet. Does anyone know who has extensive experience with the R230 diff that is expert at setting up the Leader gear ring & pinion ? Does anyone currently with Leader Gears have a quiet setup....no whine, whir, wail, or engagement/backlash clunk ? I don't mind shipping my diff anywhere in the USA...I just need a differential wizard that knows what they're doing....I'll pay the bucks, I just can't stand the wail anymore.
